Yes, there are many opportunities to co-sponsor events.  Clubs can co-sponsor with other clubs or with University departments.  When two or more clubs want to co-sponsor an event they should request funding from either the S.G.A. budget process or the Student Activity Fee (SAF) process.  Co-sponsoring an event is a good idea because there are more people to help with the planning of the event.  Also, because more people are involved, the turn out for your event is most likely to be better.

The Lion Entertainment Board (L.E.B.) is another great opportunity to co-sponsor.  This organization is always looking to co-sponsor events with other clubs and organizations.   Your club may benefit by gaining more money for your event and L.E.B. benefits by gaining more exposure and getting more people involved.  For more information contact the L.E.B office at 898-6221 or visit their web site at www.clubs.psu.edu/leb.
