Money Matters
It is important for you to know the specifics of your budget. Knowing how much money you have to work with before you start planning an event will save you some time and headaches in the future. Check with the RUB Information Desk if you are unsure of your club account balance.
One of several sources of funding for clubs and
organizations is the Student Activities. Each semester the Student
Government Association conducts a budget
allocation process. This information will be announced to your club
through your club box and via email. For more information and

The Student Activity Fee is also a source of funding for students. Visit http://www.pserie.psu.edu/activity/saf/index.htm for the guidelines, proposal dates, and application information on requesting funds and for deadlines for this year’s allocation process.
All recognized clubs and organizations are eligible to fundraise on campus but it must be approved. Start in the Office of Student Activities to register your fundraiser and fill out the appropriate paper work.
