Police and Safety officers are available and sometimes required to be at your event.  P&S will work with you to determine if you will need police coverage at your event and any costs associated with coverage.

University policy requires you to use Housing and Food Services when having food at an event that takes place in the residence hall areas, Dobbins, and Bruno’s Café.  In facilities outside of Housing and Food Service operated areas such as the Reed Union, you are permitted to purchase prepackaged food items (chips, soda, pizza, subs) or use external caterers for larger events as approved on http://guru.psu.edu/risk/caterers/

You must work with the Office of Student Activities or the RUB Information Desk to determine the best resource for your event.
